Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of print products, digital downloads, and bookings from Pregnancy Power Hour, operated by Total Ventures LLC. Please read carefully — by placing an order you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service. Specific services may carry additional terms that you also accept at purchase. In particular, the Pregnancy Partnership Terms — covering its scope of support, refund ladder, and the wellness-coaching (not medical care) boundary — are incorporated here by reference and govern any purchase of the Pregnancy Partnership.

1. Educational Information Only — Not Medical Advice

Pregnancy Power Hour publications, courses, and consultations provide general educational information about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not establish a clinician-patient relationship. The educator is not a licensed clinician. Always consult your own healthcare provider before making decisions about your pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, or any related medical question. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the information you receive is informational only and that decisions about your care remain between you and your healthcare provider.

2. Print Products — Made to Order

Every print product (books, workbooks, bundles) is manufactured to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner after you place your order. We do not hold physical inventory.

Production typically begins within 24 hours of order placement.
Once production has begun, an order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded except as described in the Damage and Defect Replacement section below.
Made-to-order products are final sale. Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, change of preference, or fit-for-purpose concerns.

3. Cancellation Window

You may cancel a print order for a full refund within one (1) hour of placing it by emailing info@totalventures.io with your order number. After one hour, your file may have been released to production and we are unable to cancel.

4. Damage and Defect Replacement

If your print product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email info@totalventures.io within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs, and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional charge. Issues outside this scope (incorrect address provided at checkout, buyer's remorse, normal print-color or paper variation, customer-induced damage after delivery) are not eligible.

5. Digital Products

Digital downloads (PDFs, workbooks, guides) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, they are final sale and non-refundable once download access is granted. If you have not yet downloaded the file and request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase, we may approve a refund at our discretion. If a digital download link does not work, email info@totalventures.io and we will resend the link or arrange an alternate delivery method.

6. Consultations and Bookings

One-on-one consultations are non-clinical educational sessions delivered by Pregnancy Power Hour's pregnancy wellness consultant and educator. They are not medical, midwifery, or therapy services and do not replace care from a licensed clinician. You may reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the session fee.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Print products ship from our fulfillment partner's production facilities. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, after which shipping times apply based on the carrier and destination. Estimated total delivery windows are shown at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates. You assume the risk of loss and title for items upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be re-shipped at your cost, or refunded minus production and shipping costs already incurred, at our discretion. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country.

8. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card information on our servers. By placing an order you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the order total including any applicable tax and shipping.

10. No Guarantee of Outcome

Every pregnancy, birth, body, and baby is different. We do not guarantee any particular result from any product, consultation, or session.

11. Product Warranties and Safety

All print and digital products are educational materials. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and we make no medical, health-outcome, or results claims about them. Except for the damage-and-defect replacement expressly provided above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (where Total Ventures LLC is organized), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, consistent with our Terms of Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
