Pregnancy Partnership — Terms

These terms apply to the Pregnancy Partnership — a 12-month support engagement. You accept them at checkout when you complete payment. They sit alongside our Terms of Sale and Terms of Service.

1. Wellness Coaching — Not Medical Care

The Pregnancy Partnership is wellness guidance, decision support, and coaching. Brittany is a pregnancy wellness consultant, trained as a full spectrum doula — not a doctor, midwife, or nurse. Your provider stays your provider; the Partnership is the thoughtful voice between visits. Email standby and the birthday-window line are for coaching support, not emergencies — for anything urgent or medical, your provider or emergency services come first.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

2. What's Included

• ~8 one-on-one sessions over the 12-month window, 60 minutes each, scheduled at your pace.
• Email standby — replies within 48 hours on business days. Not a 24/7 hotline and not for emergencies.
• A calm voice around your due date — phone and text open for coaching support from two weeks before your due date through one week after. Coaching support, not clinical care, and not in-person attendance.
• Every current and future Pregnancy Power Hour digital product released during your 12 months.

3. Refunds

• Full refund within 14 days — no questions.
• 50% back through month 3, 25% through month 6 — whichever is less between the time-based tier and a pro-rate against the sessions you have used.
• After month 6, no refund — but if a medical situation means you need to pause, we prorate up to 90 days and extend your window.

The 50% / 25% tiers are calculated as whichever is less: the time-based tier above, or a pro-rate against the sessions you have already used. This keeps the refund fair in both directions when sessions are used in clusters.

4. Trial Credit

If you booked a single $149 Power Hour and decide within 30 days to join the Partnership, that $149 applies in full toward your Partnership — your first session counts toward the whole. The credit is reflected in the payment link we send you; it is not a discount on the Partnership's value.

5. Availability & Pauses

Brittany works with a small number of partnership clients at a time. If a longer unavailability comes up (more than a week), she provides written notice and the 12-month window extends accordingly. If a medical situation means you need to pause, we prorate up to 90 days and extend your window.
