This Privacy Policy explains how Total Ventures LLC ("Total Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit Pregnancy Power Hour (pregnancypowerhour.com), subscribe to our updates, book a session or class, purchase a product, or otherwise interact with our services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide — your name and email address when you subscribe, contact us, book, or purchase; scheduling details for a session or class; and the contents of messages you send us. You may choose to share information about your pregnancy or postpartum experience when you contact us or attend a session; please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
• Purchase information — when you buy a session, class, or product, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information — collected automatically through analytics: pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and interaction events.

2. Health Information — HIPAA and Consumer Health Data

Pregnancy Power Hour is an educational brand, not a healthcare provider, and is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under HIPAA. Any health-related information you choose to share with us is handled under this Privacy Policy, not HIPAA, and is used only to provide the educational Services you request. Please do not send us clinical or medical records.

Some information you choose to share — such as that you are pregnant, your due date, or your postpartum experience — may be considered sensitive personal information or consumer health data under laws such as the California Privacy Rights Act and the privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada, and others. We collect and use this information only to provide the educational Services you request, and we do not sell it, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to target advertising. Where required by law, we collect it only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. California residents may request that we limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services by contacting info@totalventures.io. We do not share consumer health data with third parties except service providers acting on our behalf under contract, and not without any separate authorization the law requires.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to: provide, operate, and improve the Services; schedule and deliver sessions, classes, and purchases; respond to your inquiries and provide support; send you updates and offers you have requested (you can opt out at any time); measure and analyze usage; and protect the Services, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows: with service providers who process it on our behalf (payment, scheduling, email delivery, hosting, and analytics) under contracts that limit their use; when required by law or to respond to lawful requests; to protect the rights, safety, or property of Total Ventures, our users, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling for bookings), Resend (email delivery), Vercel and Google Firebase (hosting), and Google Analytics. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact info@totalventures.io.

The Services are directed to users in the United States and are not specifically targeted to the EEA or UK. If you contact us from those regions, we process your information based on our legitimate interest in responding and performing any service you request, and where required rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers to the United States. 9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as they take effect), you have rights to know and access, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out where applicable law recognizes it. You may exercise these rights, or use an authorized agent, by emailing info@totalventures.io; we may verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Appeal: if we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject line "Privacy Appeal"; we will respond within the period your state's law requires, and if we deny the appeal we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.

10. International Users

Total Ventures is based in the United States, and the Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
