Early Pregnancy Comes With A LOT of Information — Not All of It Feels Right For You
People usually come to me when…
Hi, I'm Brittany
I didn't come into this work because pregnancy was easy for me. I came into it because at one point, it wasn't.
What I've learned — through doula training and lived experience — is that early pregnancy isn't just about getting through symptoms. It's about understanding what your body is doing, and having support that actually meets you where you are.
My approach blends evidence-based understanding with uncomplicated support — things that are gentle, doable, and adaptable to real life. This isn't about giving you a rigid plan or things you “should be” doing. It's about helping you make sense of your symptoms, explore your options, and feel more like yourself in the way you move through your pregnancy.
That's what I offer: a space to talk things through and try on simple, practical ways to feel more at ease.
Getting Started is Simple
No complicated process. No homework before you arrive. Just show up as you are.
