The gaps no one covers

Pregnancy advice arrives in fragments. A fifteen-minute appointment. A different nurse each visit. A search bar at two in the morning. The hard part usually isn’t any single decision — it’s the long stretches in between, when a question comes up and there’s no one who already knows your story.

The Partnership is built for those stretches. One person, holding the whole thing, so the next question is never the first one you’ve asked.

What this is, and what it isn’t

A birth doula is there for the day. The Partnership is there for the year — the questions at week 7, the worry at week 38, the foggy first weeks home. If what you want is someone physically beside you during labor, that’s a birth doula, and I’ll happily point you to a good one. What I am is the steady voice for everything around it.

Maternal Health Consultant · BADT Full Spectrum Doula

I trained as a Full Spectrum Doula — but the part that shapes how I work is that I’ve been where you are. I had my own son at home in Costa Rica, with two doulas, a midwife, and a doctor’s assistant beside me. The Partnership is the support I wished I’d had the whole way through: calm, grounded in evidence, and built to help you make your own choices — not to make them for you.

A boundary I’ll always keep clear: I’m not a doctor, midwife, or nurse. Your provider stays your provider. I’m the steady voice between visits — the one who remembers your whole story.

How it works
Step 01

Apply

A short form — your name, where you are in pregnancy, and what you’re hoping for.

Step 02

I read it personally

Within 48 hours. If it looks like a fit, that’s a short, no-pressure call so we both feel sure.

Step 03

We start within a week

Then it’s twelve months — your pace, your questions, your whole arc.

What the year looks like

A held year, not eight floating sessions

Your sessions are yours to schedule — clustered or spread. Between them, the year is shaped around where you actually are, so the continuity is designed, not left to chance.

  1. 1

    First trimester

    weeks 5–13

The least-supported stretch, and where the Partnership leans in hardest — what’s normal, what’s worth a call to your provider, and steady ground when it’s all new.

  2. 2

    Second trimester

    weeks 14–27

Calmer, but the real decisions arrive — testing, birth setting, provider fit. We talk them through so you walk into each appointment knowing the questions to ask.

  3. 3

    Around your due date

    2 wks pre → 1 wk post

Phone and text open for coaching support — holding steady, helping you ask the right questions. Coaching, not clinical care; your birth team stays your birth team.

  4. 4

    The fourth trimester

    birth → ~12 weeks

The loneliest, least-supported stretch — and most support ends right here. The Partnership keeps going: the questions no one asks the mother, answered by someone who knows your whole story.

What’s included

One person who knows your story — here’s how that shows up

Brittany with you for the whole arc

Twelve months — pregnancy through the first three months postpartum. The same person who reads your first concern at week 7 is the one who answers your text at week 38 and the one you call at three weeks postpartum.

Eight sessions, your pace

Schedule when you actually want them — not on a fixed cadence. Some clients use them in clusters (first trimester nausea + birth-plan walkthrough + postpartum check-in); others spread them evenly.

Email standby between sessions

Email Brittany about a worry, a question, a thing your OB said — and hear back within 48 hours on business days. A direct line to me, not a support queue. (For anything urgent or medical, your provider or emergency services come first — this isn’t for emergencies.)

A calm voice around your due date

From two weeks before your due date through one week after, phone and text are open for coaching support — talking things through, helping you ask the right questions, holding steady. Coaching, not clinical care, and not in-person attendance.

Every PPH digital product, included

The Early Pregnancy Companion, the upcoming First-Trimester Course, and anything else PPH ships during your 12 months — yours, on the house.

Brittany works with a handful of partnership clients at a time. Application-based to keep the depth real.

$1,500 for the year

about $125 a month

A birth doula runs $1,500 to $2,500 — for labor and a visit or two. The Partnership is a full year. Booked one at a time, the sessions alone would be $1,192; it’s $1,500 for all of it, for someone who already knows your story.

Not sure about a whole year? Start with one conversation.

Book a single Power Hour ($149) and see how we work together. If you decide within 30 days that you want the full year, your $149 comes straight off the Partnership. Your first session counts toward the whole.

Start with a Power Hour

What it actually looks like

No mystery about how this works

What a session actually is

Sixty minutes, video, just us. No script, because your week isn’t on a script. We usually start with what’s loudest right now — a symptom, a decision, something your OB said in passing. We talk it through; I bring what the evidence says and what I’ve seen as a doula, and you leave with your options laid out and a clearer sense of what you want to do.

What “email standby” really reads like

An example of the kind of note I get — not a specific client.

“My glucose test is Thursday and I’ve read four contradictory things about whether to fast. I’m spiraling a little.”

“First — the spiraling is normal, and you’re not behind for asking. Here’s what the evidence generally says about the prep, here’s the question I’d bring to your provider so you get an answer specific to you, and here’s why the contradictory stuff online exists. I’m here Thursday if it brings up more.”

Answered within two business days. Not a hotline — for anything urgent or medical, your provider or emergency services come first.

Why you have to apply

I work with only a handful of partnership clients at a time. Not as a tactic — it’s the only way the depth stays real. One person can’t truly hold ten women’s whole stories at once, so I don’t pretend to. That’s why I read every application myself, and why I sometimes say “I don’t think this is the right fit, and here’s what might be instead.” The smallness is the product. It’s what you’re actually paying for.

If life changes

A year is a long time, and life moves. So none of this has to feel like a leap.

  • First 14 days: full refund, no questions. Start, see how the first session feels, and if it isn’t right, you’re out — fully.
  • Through month three: 50% back. Through month six: 25% back — whichever is less between the time elapsed and the sessions you’ve used, so it’s fair both ways.
  • If a medical situation means you need to pause, we prorate up to 90 days and extend your window so you don’t lose the time.

I’d rather you start a little unsure and find out, than not start because a year felt like too big a leap.

Questions

How is this different from the Power Hour?
The Power Hour is one focused conversation — perfect for a single decision or a difficult week. The Partnership is twelve months. Same person, same voice, across pregnancy and postpartum — so you're not re-explaining your history every time something comes up.
Is this medical care?
No. Brittany is a maternal health consultant, trained as a full spectrum doula — not a doctor, midwife, or nurse. The Partnership is wellness guidance, decision support, and coaching. Your provider stays your provider; the Partnership is the thoughtful voice between visits.
What does "email standby" actually mean?
Email Brittany between sessions and she'll reply within 48 hours on business days — a thoughtful ongoing thread, the kind of access a friend who happens to be a doula would have time for. It isn't a 24/7 hotline, and it isn't for emergencies: for anything urgent or medical, your provider or emergency services come first.
What about during birth?
This is coaching support, not clinical care and not in-person attendance — your birth team stays your birth team. From two weeks before your due date through one week after, Brittany is reachable by phone and text to talk through what you're feeling, help you ask the right questions, and hold steady.
Can I start with something smaller first?
Yes — and it counts. Book a single Power Hour ($149) to see how we work together. If you decide within 30 days that you want the full year, your $149 comes straight off the Partnership. It’s the easiest way to start: your first session counts toward the whole.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions. 50% back through month 3 if life changes, 25% through month 6 — whichever is less between the time-based tier and a pro-rate against the sessions you’ve used. After that, no refund, but if a medical situation means you need to pause, we prorate up to 90 days and extend your window. The point is for starting to feel safe.
Why application-based?
Brittany works with a handful of partnership clients at a time on purpose. The application is short — name, due date or stage, and what you're hoping to get out of it. She reviews each one personally and replies within 48 hours.
What if Brittany is unavailable for a stretch?
Her calendar blocks vacation in Cal.com automatically. For longer unavailability (more than a week), she sends a written notice and the 12-month window auto-extends. If something unexpected comes up, the policy is honest communication + the pause options above.
Can someone give this as a gift?
Yes. If someone you love is newly pregnant — or someone wants to give this to you — reach out and we’ll arrange it personally.

Twelve months. One voice.

$1,500 for the year — and only if we decide together it’s a fit.

Apply for the Partnership

A few short fields. I read each one personally and reach out within 48 business hours — a real note, not a template.

I read each application personally and reply within 48 business hours. Application is not a commitment — the next step is a thoughtful note from me.

By applying you agree to our Privacy Policy. The Partnership is wellness guidance and coaching, not medical care — Brittany is a trained doula, not a doctor, midwife, or nurse.

Not the right time? You can start with a single Power Hour ($149) and decide from there. And if there’s a next time, I’d be honored to do it with you again.
